John has raised a very valid question which I feel deserves a considered response, since it is a question I have been asked numerous times I am taking the liberty of responding in public. Q. Let me put you on the spot. We have a general election coming up. It seems to be Democracy Movement policy to advise people to vote Conservative. What are you telling people to do? A. Now to try not to offend EVERYBODY but I think I probably will! Politics is the pragmatic art of the possible and far from any sort of exact science. Firstly we must all realise that there is no possibility and less likelihood of real change in our election standards and methods prior to the next election. Secondly there are a few patriots in most parties. Thirdly to acheive something in the House of Commons a majority is needed - that does not mean a Party majority, it means a majority with the integrity to vote honestly in accord with the duty of representing the electorate NOT a given Party. Mindful of these 3 truths let me deal with them one by one but please do NOT expect me to TELL anyone what they should do, you must each choose although I may presume to TELL you what to look out for or what NOT to do. Firstly: To avoid the dishonest debacle of the Welsh Devolution vote it is upto you both in terms of vigilance and courage to look out for politicians or their apparatchicks fiddling, rigging, blackmailing, bullying or threatening the electorate as New Labour and the YES campaign did in the Welsh Devolution vote. You must then try to force integrity on the media to expose this, which we singularly failed to do in Wales as the level of dishonesty quite frankly took most of the decent people by surprise. Every leaflet, every block vote, every council workers actions and every Union representative must fall under scrutiny - just as closely monitored as the count itself. There must be no repeat of the Welsh lesson where Unions funded the YES campaign, ballot boxes were opened in private or behind screens and late comer boxes were palpably over filled. Second: I would not wish to see a candidate who is a patriot of integrity, whatever his or her party, undermined by the input of, shall we say, external candidates. Thus it would be foolish and selfish for UKIP or similar to stand a candidate AGAINST such a candidate. For example I would advocate UKIP supporters throw their weight behind such individuals as Dennis Skinner, Oliver Letwin, Christopher Gill, Patrick Nicholls and Wedgewood Benn - all of whom are outspoken EUroRealists. Thirdly: If Labour has 250 seats and the Tories have 250 and the Labour clones like Lib. Dim. and other small parties have the balance - then to win at Westminster one MUST have 51 percent of those voting and frankly I don't give a damn what party they are as long as they vote AGAINST EU Membership & ALL EU Issues. I am mindful of Bertrand Russell's comment on election night when he was in his 80s and was asked who he was voting for he answered 'It doesn't really matter as there are no great issues at stake which divide the parties and who ever you vote in makes a complete buggers muddle of it'. Now there ARE great issues at stake but BOTH of the historic main parties WILL make a buggers muddle of it as far as representing the people and the country they will just sit on their hands [or in many cases it seems, each others!] and vote for their own self interests and the party whip! New Labour are all about destroying the values of Britain and her peoples to make it easier to divide Britain up into a collection of silly little assembly regions and subsume our country into the supra national State of EUrope as a building block of the One World Government marching hand in hand with corporatist globalism. A corporatist globalism that wants the removal of the checks and balances of Independent Nation States. A One World Government which thus creates global State corporatism. A system that disenfranchises not only Nations but peoples and reduces the people of this planet to serfs of the self styled and self appointed elite under the control of their apparatchicks and the heal of their Politicised Police, Judiciary and Army. The Tories - there used to be a saying about 'clear blue water' between them and Labour, that was possible when Labour had principles and policies but New Labour are political prostitutes and will say ANYTHING to get votes and are doing most things in clothes they stole of the Tories. OK so Willam Hague makes a total monkey out of Tiny Blur but then again so can a nurse or the WI he really lacks substance - unfortunately Hague's acheivements against Tiny Blur are not much of a measure of Hague they are more a measure of the total incompetence of Tiny Blur. The Tories are Totally unelectable - they have this silly slogan of 'In EUrope but not run by EUrope' which has been interpreted so many ways as people find out what a lie it is that it is of no meaning atall. The Tories stand NO CHANCE whatsoever of forming the next government with the main plank of their campaign a TOTAL lie and the secondary plank 'Keep the Pound for the next Parliament' which is so silly - if they believe in Britain, believe the Pound is worth saving and believe Britain should manage its own economy and NOT surrender control to a Foreign power say so don't just steal clothes from UKIP & The Democracy Movement because New Labour has stolen the Tories clothes. If The Tories WANT to win the next election their manifesto and the manifesto of every single Tory candidate MUST state unequivocally: 'Vote Tory and keep control over OUR own Economy and the Pound for ever & The Tory Party WILL renegotiate ALL EUropean Treaties of a EUropean Economic Community which the British people voted for or leave the EUropean Political Union which NO ONE voted for.' If the Tories do NOT have the integrity to tell the truth they will NEVER again form a British Government and will inexorably slide into obscurity like the Whigs before them. The Tories can not bring themselves to tell the truth yet lack the barefaced dishonesty of Labour which would play well to the soundbite and the fool. WHERE DOES THAT LEAVE US WHEN WE VOTE: UKIP with the full support and assistance of the Democracy Movement and others like them MUST stand a candidate in EVERY constituency where there is not a candidate from one of the two main parties who will PRINT in their manifesto an unequivocal statement of EUroRealist intention to KEEP the Pound and leave the EU. The DM will say that they have NO political allegiance - this is of course either a lie or they are misleading their supporters or they are stupid. They must have a political allegiance to ANY politician who supports their aim of KEEP the Pound - The concept of surrendering control of the British Economy to a Foreign and very alien power and subsuming Britain in the EUro is a purely Political move, for the DM to say they are NOT political is thus a total nonsense. Thus The DM and others like them have no choice but to support UKIP who are the ONLY political party who WILL keep the Pound, WILL keep control over the British Economy in Britain and WILL withdraw from the State of EUrope by leaving the EU. SO WHAT MUST UKIP DO: If there is NO ONE from one of the two main Parties standing AGAINST the EU and FOR Britain UKIP must stand a candidate. If it is a predominantly Labour constituency then the candidate for UKIP should stand as UKIP(Labour) and if it is a predominantly Tory constituency UKIP's candidate should be UKIP(Tory). Thus clearly showing the candidate will take the Party Whip on ALL votes of Labour or Tory respectively EXCEPT on the subject of EUrope or ANY bill where there is a EU issue involved. On EU issues ALL UKIP(***) or ***(UKIP) candidates will take the UKIP whip. This can provide NO difficulty for The Democracy Movement or similar organisations who want to live in the unreal world of being NON political. DM supporters can keep their party allegiances and vote for the UKIP member representing their political views. TO KEEP FAITH UKIP MUST NOT: start to think they are of any greater consequence than they realistically are at this time. They must NOT start down the divisive slippery slope of dreaming up policies on ANY subject whatsoever EXCEPT support of the Pound and withdrawal from the EU. UKIP lack the breadth of expertise, the money and the time to have policies on ANY issue other than support the Pound and keep it and oppose the EU and leave it. WHY NO POLICIES: what is the point in having a manifesto of policies for Westminster when Westminster will have NO power, if we do not leave the EU. Therefore it is self evident that UKIP must not risk allienating the support of ANY of the electorate by espousing ANY policies of their own. Labour voters, Tory voters, DM supporters or Knitted Yoghurt supporters can thus vote for UKIP who will take the various party whips as elected except on the EU issues. THE ONLY HOPE FOR BRITAIN - Scenario One: The Tories fail to clearly state in their manifesto they will Keep control of the Economy and keep the Pound whilst renegotiating a EUropean Economic Community and departure from the EU State. The Tories will then be wiped and never again come to power thus the only hope for Britain is to vote for UKIP. THE ONLY HOPE FOR BRITAIN - Scenario Two: The Tories decide they want to stand a danger of being elected and clearly state in their manifesto they will Keep control of the Economy and keep the Pound whilst renegotiating a EUropean Economic Community and departure from the EU State. It is still entirely possible that Labour would gain a majority thus the only hope for Britain is to vote UKIP so that the Tory vote in Westminster will be supported by UKIP - thus gaining the 51percent majority at Westminster to carry out the policy of leaving the EU. WHATEVER HAPPENS AT THE ELECTION: You can expect about 4 weeks after the election that Michael Portaloo will make a play for leadership of the Tories. He is expected to keep himself out of sight whilst supplying The Mirror with every damaging item he can on William & Fione Hague. Thus YOUR vote for UKIP will become even more important as the Tories have an internal fight for leadership. Yes we all know the Tories lack a realistic pool of men of stature - Hague well where has he been for 6 weeks in what - could - be the run up to a snap election; Portaloo who has proved to be as trustable as a snake, whilst out of office he espoused anti EU policies to get in but once in is as dishonest as the rest; John Redwood well he has been bumpped off the front bench and marginalised; Michael Ancram well to most people 'who he?'; Liam Fox good but without any gravitas; Jonathan Evans too lightweight and nice young lad soubriquette; Anne Widecombe wrong media personna and a poor voice for broadcast. It is a sad fact about the Tories that William Hague is streets ahead as a leader than almost all the rest put together. Just as it is true to say the best Government is the one thrown up by a strong opposition it is also true to say the best leader is one with strong potential leaders around them. I don't know about you but throwing up is what most of the current politicians want to make me do! I do not wish to nor would I dream of telling you how to vote but if you can think of a way to vote, based on current stated policies, that does not mean voting for UKIP if you believe in Britain. Do also remember that retaining the Pound, keeping British control over the British economy and withdrawing from a supra National State of EUrope subsumed in the EU is the ONLY way that YOU can stop corporate globalism marching hand in hand with One World Government and forcing corporatist State controlled globalism on the peoples of this planet. If YOU fail to get Britain OUT of the EU and keep control of OUR highly successful economy and the Pound in Britain either you or the next generation will be nothing more than corporate serfs with ONLY the rights which the corporate global state wants you to have to make sure the State functions best for a self styled and self appointed elite and their apparatchicks enforced by their armed and politicised enforcers. If YOU fail the ballot box the ballot box will fail YOU and YOURS and if the ballot box fails the people then we are ALL heading inexorably for WAR. You choose - the ballot box or the bullet.
